The Victorian estate is one the most distinguished homes of its era in central Texas. Situated in a quiet neighborhood above Barons Creek, the estate is still only a five minute walk to the town's restaurants, museums and shops. Massive elm trees shade the lawn and garden. Within the expansive lawns, the murmur of the fountain adds a tranquil note to the adjacent veranda and the vine covered arbor is a restful, shaded haven.

Fredericksburg Texas Historic Landmark Estate for Sale
The Kuenemann House was built in 1847, the year following the settlement of Fredericksburg. The initial structure utilized the earliest European building techniques, fachwerk or half timbered. The beautiful Victorian additions, including the gingerbread porches and the tin ornamentation, were constructed in the 1880s.
